Client was charged with Possession of Under 50 Grams of Marijuana under N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10(a)(4), Possession of a Prescription Drug Without a Prescription under N.J.S.A. 2C:35-10.5(e)(1), Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle under N.J.S.A. 39:4-49.1 and related motor vehicle offenses.

Result: After the State failed to provide the lab report for the alleged drugs, a motion to dismiss was granted.

Case Type: Criminal Defense

Client was charged with Contempt of a Domestic Violence Restraining Order under N.J.S.A. 2C:29-9(b)(2).

Result: The prosecutor was convinced to dismiss the criminal charge, and the client pled guilty to a Township Ordinance violation and paid only a fine.

Result: There was no probable cause to believe the client was the person who committed the offense, and therefore, obtained a dismissal of the charge.
